If you were exiled from your homeland, where would you move?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for December 09, 2007:
I would love to live in Okinawa. It looks beautiful there. I could visit all over Japan and also check out the birthplace of my Mom in Tokyo.

Japan was never on my I-want-to-visit list, but since we've had an international student staying in our home from Wakayama City, Japan I have definitely changed my mind. Japanese people seem so very humble, gentle, generous, kind, polite, peaceful, respectful, etc.
I hope you at least get to visit there someday:)

Yes:) She's here through May. She's loves American food, but not the cold winds of the Northern Plains. It's been a great experience!
